AVS Contractors is owned by David Heimerman

David has 38 years experience in the construction industry.

He started in the home building industry in 1981 and transitioned to commercial construction in 1992 and ran a General Contracting company for 16 years that specialized in tenant finish out and new commercial construction.

After the recession in 2008 he closed his company and went to work in the home building industry again. But alas, the entrepreneurial spirit kept calling and he became self employed in 2019 and started servicing the greenhouse industry.

We run safe, clean job sites and focus on quality installations.

AVS Contractors carries General Liability, Workers Comp and Commercial Automotive Insurance.

The USA is a great place to work and we enjoy traveling and seeing wonderful landscapes, art and architecture throughout the country, as well as meeting fine people along the way.
